The best diet plans for weight loss 
Contrary to popular belief, crash and fad diets are not the healthiest way to guarantee weight loss feels entrepreneur, and fitness expert,  Namrata Purohit. “A nutritional plan should be customized to a person’s needs and goals. It is important to start well in advance and make it a part of your lifestyle,” she further adds. But on your D-day, it’s not only about looking fit, but you want to glow, and for that truly lit-from-within look, Namrata is of the opinion that eating healthy is imperative. Good nutrition is key to looking healthy and fresh. In order to look healthy, and fresh, on the big day it’s crucial to eat healthily, eat enough and not less and get all the nutrients required. Don’t compromise on the quality of food, make sure you eat your fruits and veggies and get in all the nourishment required. Cut down or say no to fried food and sugar.”

Exercise for bride and grooms 
During the hustle and bustle of planning a wedding one may struggle to find time for him or herself. But taking out a few minutes daily to follow an exercise routine will benefit you in more ways than one. Other than helping you stay fit (and tone up), and reducing the guilt of gorging on those sweets, it also works as a de-stresser. “There are 3 main aspects to getting fit, ie exercise, nutrition and sleep. In order to get fit for the season it’s important to get the right balance between these three aspects. It is also important to not fall for fads or anything drastic but instead work sustainably, eat well and enough (not less) and train smart.”
